Hüsein OZBILGIN

Hüseyin OZBILGIN is Professor of Fishing Gear Technology at Mersin University, Turkey. At the Black Sea Unit of the GFCM, he acts as the BlackSea4Fish project coordinator, overseeing all BlackSea4Fish activities.
